On of the heftier little spoons I’ve made. It feels solid but lightweight. Its diamond handle arches up and then back to a taper at its tip, making it fit in the hand comfortably. Left with a knifed finish.

Care + Finish
All of my spoons are finished with a pure raw linseed oil (not the linseed oil found in most hardware stores which has harmful additives in it).
Wash with warm soapy water. No dishwashers.
After months of use if they look dry, re-oil using a food safe oil such as walnut oil, flax oil, or mineral oil. Just wipe on with a cloth and let it sit out in the open to dry. Any excess the next day can be wiped off. This keeps them looking good and rinsing nicely over the years.
This is a fun shape with a deep bowl carved from White Birch. It is straight off the knife, with a sanded smooth bowl interior.
